- Michele has ten years recruitment experience and has worked both in-house and in an agency environment.
- She has recruited staff in numerous industries including; petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, engineering, software engineering and financial services.
- She has extensive experience of interviewing candidates at all levels ranging from general operatives to managers.
- Michele has a degree in psychology and philosophy from UCD and a post graduate diploma in P.R. from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland. She has attended numerous training courses on recruitment and selection including Competency and Behavioural Interviewing workshops.
- Michele has first hand experience of the mistakes made by both individuals and companies during the recruitment process. She recognised a need amongst both individuals and companies for advice on recruitment related matters and established a business to meet this need.
